PLAYING OPTIONS & GUIDELINES

All Players Will Have The Opportunity To Play On The Tour
Before You Register: Please Know The Tour Options!
Every Effort Will Be Made To Place All Players In The Events That You Registered For!
Almost all Players will get their first choice of events they registered for, and can plan on playing in those events. For the few Players where
there were not enough Players in their events, every effort will be made to place you in an event that is similar to the event you registered for.
Directors reserve the right to place Players on the Tour close to their event.
If You Are Playing: Singles
If there are not enough Singles Players in your event: we will move you up one level to play.
This generally applies to the 2.5 Players being moved up to play with the 3.0 Players, or occasionally a 3.0 Player
being moved up to play with the 3.5 Players. If a Player is moved down it is sometimes the 5.0 Player being moved
down to play with the 4.0-4.5 Players.
If You Are Playing: Doubles
If there are not enough Doubles Teams in your event: "please be prepared to play some Singles"!
We will first try and enter your Team in the next level up in Doubles, or the next level down in Doubles to play.
If this is not possible, we will automatically enter you and your partner in the Singles to play at your skill level.
Credit Refunds:
You can have the Option of playing or receiving a Credit to play on your next Tour.
Your name will automatically go on the Credit List and your next Admission Is Free.
